PRO CLEAN Honolulu's 12 Step Carpet Cleaning ProcessStep 1: Pre-InspectionEvery great carpet cleaning starts with a proper pre-inspection. Our service technician will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting carpet construction, and soiling conditions. He will also advise you of any possible permanent staining.Step 2: Pre-VacuumIf needed, your carpet will be pre-vacuumed to remove bonded dry soil. This is in addition to the vacuuming that takes place throughout the entire cleaning process.Step 3: Furniture MovingSofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces such as; beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china cabinets and other liability prone items are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs as needed. 
Step 4: Pre-Spray & Proprietary Pre-ExtractingTraffic lanes, stains and spots are pre-treated with pre-spray. We then pre-extract these areas which produces much more effective soil, stain and spot removal. This unique step we take is a major reason we consistantly deliver incredibly superior overall cleaning results!
